Responsibilities

• Engage in research on cancer stem cells, especially SOX2 regulation.
• Isolate and characterize SOX2/ribosome complexes using density gradient centrifugation, ribosome profiling, affinity purification, RNA extraction, and library cloning.
• Collaborate with core facilities for HPLC/MS, RIBOseq, and cryo‑EM to extend the range of technologies.
