Postdoctoral position in Theoretical Cosmology, Bilbao, Spain

Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral position in the area of Theoretical Cosmology beginning around September 2026. The position will be held in the Department of Theoretical Physics at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Bilbao, Spain. The successful candidates are required to hold a PhD at the starting date of the position.

Our group includes Jose Juan Blanco-Pillado, Ivan Esteban, Joanes Lizarraga, Asier Lopez-Eiguren, Juan Luis Manes, Kepa Sousa, Mikel Urkiola and Jon Urrestilla, as well as several graduate students. The group also benefits from close ties with other faculty members of the department, which includes Asier Alonso-Bardaji, Igor Bandos, Mariam Bouhmadi-Lopez, David Brizuela, Tom Broadhurst, Inaki Garay, Ruth Lazkoz, Jose’ M M Senovilla, Sara F. Uria and Raul Vera.
