Postdoctoral position – Physics of Aquatic Systems Laboratory

Overview

Postdoctoral position at the Physics of Aquatic Systems Laboratory, EPFL Lausanne. The focus is on physical processes in natural waters, such as in lakes, reservoirs and rivers, and on remote sensing. Information on the group is available at the APHYS website.

Responsibilities

• Carry out research on physical processes in natural waters and on remote sensing as part of the APHYS group.

Qualifications

• PhD in environmental sciences or engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Strong motivation and good scientific track record.

Details

• Starting date: 1 January 2017.
• Contract duration: minimum 2 years (further extension on mutual agreement).
• Interviews will be held on Thursday 29 September 2016 (by skype or in person).
