RESPONSIBILITIES
:The Center for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG) is looking for a Postgraduate to be part of the group Bacterial pathogens and plant cell death.
The candidate will be in charge of:
-Designing and performing molecular biology experiments to functionally characterize disease resistance against Ralstonia solanacearum in tomato plants.
- Conducting plant–pathogen interaction assays, phenotyping disease responses, and analyzing experimental data using appropriate statistical and bioinformatic tools.
-Contributing to laboratory organization and research progress by maintaining accurate experimental records, presenting results in group meetings, and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary research team.
The tasks are included within the framework of the project with reference code PID2022-136922NB-I00 with title “Descifrando la interacción molecular entre bacterias patógenas y planta”.
