Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales responsibilities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels.
• Perform on-site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
• Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.
