Postsales Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues for our clients
• Implement and maintain network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Perform network monitoring, analysing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network infrastructure
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to our clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a network engineering or network administration role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and security
• Proficiency in network management tools and software, such as Wireshark, Nagios, ...
