Poultry Hand - Hopevale Farm

McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations. We are currently seeking a Poultry Hand to join the team in a full-time capacity.

About the role

You will be responsible for egg collection, bird husbandry, shed cleanliness, and general operational support. This is a practical, physically active role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting floor eggs prior to running egg belts, with a second collection later in the day
• Monitoring and recording daily egg production
• Checking birds to ensure access to feed and water at all times
