Poultry Planner Data Analytics Specialist

Job Purpose The Poultry Demand Planner (Data Analyst) will be responsible for forecasting demand across the Companys poultry products (day-old chicks, feeds, vaccines, and related inputs), ensuring optimal stock availability, minimizing wastage, and supporting strategic production and distribution planning. The role links sales data, market intelligence, and production cycles to drive data-driven decision-making across the value chain. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts for poultry products using historical sales data and market trends. Analyze sales performance, seasonal trends, and regional demand patterns across Uganda and export markets. Collaborate with Sales, Production (Hatchery & Feed Mill), Procurement, and Logistics teams to align demand plans with supply capacity.
