Poultry - Technical Sales Lead

**Job Purpose and Impact**

The Poultry - Technical Sales Lead based at Karnal will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Nutrition and Health business in India responsible for Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh regions. In this role you will assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Assist the commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.
+ Manage product demonstrations and trials of products and ensured work according to required specifications.
+ Deploy relevant Cargill digital services and tools and help the farmers to realize the benefit and assist commercial/Strategic Marketing and Technology Team team to capture value from the service.
