Overview
:We are recruiting an experienced Powder Coater / Paint Sprayer to join a small but busy production team in Seaforth. This role requires previous hands-on experience in powder coating or paint spraying of metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a semi-automated powder coating paint line
Manually spray items such as boxes and specialist components
Prepare and prep materials prior to painting
Hang parts on a moving track system
Carry out full clean-down procedures between colour changes to prevent cross-contamination
Ensure procedures are followed accurately on every clean-down
Work both in the spray booth and on the paint line
Maintain high quality and production standards
