Powder Coater Operative - Temporary - Permanent

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Powder Coater to join their Production Team team in South Woodham Ferrers. This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible but could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right person.

As a Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include applying powder coatings to various components to achieve a high-quality finish. Previous experience in powder coating within a production environment is required.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on an 8-hour shift basis. The hourly rate for this position is dependant upon experience.

In addition to powder coating, there may be some heavy lifting involved in this role. Therefore, candidates should be able to handle the physical demands of the job. Good dexterity and a clear understanding of verbal and written English are also essential.
