Powder Coating Helper

Job Description:

• Carry out tasks in the Powder Coating section as instructed by the Powder Coating Team Leader.
• Assist in setting up and adjusting coating equipment as directed by the assigned painter.
• Support cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation for coating.
• Ensure timely and accurate assistance during the application process.
• Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent quality output.
• Transport completed powder-coated products to the Final Assembly section.
• Wear and properly maintain assigned personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Observe plant safety guidelines including safety requirements in PC process such as chemical handling, surface preparation, and coating processes.
• Participate in toolbox talks and regular safety briefings.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times; consistently implement 7S practices and regulations.
