Powder Coating Loader/Unloader

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload metal parts, frames, and fabricated components onto powder coating racks, hooks, or conveyors.
• Ensure proper placement and spacing of items to achieve uniform coating.
• Assist in pre‑treatment processes (cleaning, masking, or surface preparation) before coating.
• Unload finished products after curing, inspect for coating quality, and report defects.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid scratches, dents, or coating damage.
• Organize coated and uncoated items in designated storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the powder coating work area.
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe handling of coated materials.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet schedules and standards.
