Job Description

Experience: Proven experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or automotive finishing. 
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with powder types (epoxy, polyester), spray techniques, and oven controls. 
Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, work in high-temperature environments, and lift heavy items. 
Attention to Detail: High level of precision to ensure high-quality, flawless finishes. 
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and maintain spray 
Job Type: Full-time
