Batch Oven Supervisor

This full‑time, on‑site Powder Coating Supervisor role is based in Mississauga, ON, and is responsible for managing the afternoon shift (4pm–12am). Daily tasks include supervising a team of powder coating technicians, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing production schedules, and conducting quality‑control checks.
