Power BI Administrator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Administrator to support and operate a large-scale enterprise Power BI environment. This role is focused on platform stability, governance, automation, and performance optimization, not report development. The administrator will ensure Power BI operates securely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while supporting a broad user community.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Power BI tenant capacity, performance, and usage.
• Enforce governance standards for workspaces, datasets, and user access.
• Identify performance, capacity, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, SQL, and Power BI REST APIs.
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve deployment issues.
