Key Responsibilities

1. Power BI Development & Visualization
   • Design and develop interactive and dynamic OEE dashboards using Power BI.
   • Integrate real-time and historical data from MES, PLCs, historians, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OSIsoft PI, Rockwell, etc.).
   • Create intuitive visualizations for key metrics including Availability, Performance, and Quality aligned with OEE KPIs.
2. Data Modeling & ETL
   • Develop data models and data flows using Power BI Dataflows, Power Query (M), and DAX.
   • Collaborate with data architects to establish efficient data pipelines from on-premises and cloud‑based systems (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS).
   • Optimize performance for large datasets across distributed manufacturing environments.
