Power Engineer – 3rd or 4th Class

Our client has an immediate opening for a Power Engineer 3^rd or 4^th Class Bilingual French & English

Pay Rate – $33-41/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain generators and equipment
• Monitor and inspect plant equipment, valves, gauges, alarms, meters and other instruments
• Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective action and minor repairs to prevent equipment or system failure

Qualifications

• Must be a 3rd or 4th Class Power Engineer
• Able to work shifts
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Bilingualism is a must (French and English)
