You as Power Engineer will:

Operate, monitor, and perform maintenance on all chillers, cooling towers, steam boilers, hot water boilers and their auxiliary and ancillary equipment, promptly responds to their alarms, troubleshoots, and fixes or isolates

Work independently and have sound judgement during stressful times

Clean and maintain cooling tower, chiller tubes and fire chamber of hot water and steam boilers

Perform maintenance on air compressors, air dryer, actuators, regulator, valves and airlines as required

First responder to fire alarm and other emergency codes, fire alarm panel and other related equipment upon the request of the Fire Marshall

Respond to elevator troubles, initiate elevator service for breakdowns and entrapments and inform Supervisor any emergency service
