About the Role
We are seeking a Power Plant Desk Engineer to manage shift‑based desk and field operations of boilers and turbines in a captive thermal power plant. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and uninterrupted power generation, optimization of plant performance parameters, strong safety ownership, and close coordination with field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute desk operations and supervise field activities to ensure uninterrupted and quality power generation
- Continuously monitor boiler and turbine parameters through DCS and take immediate corrective actions
