Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a Power Plant Electrician A, WB-2810-00 position with US Army Corp of Engineers, Little Rock District, Operations Division Hydropower Support Branch, located in Branson, MO. Responsibilities Perform a full range of work to include repair, testing, service, maintenance and overhaul of any or all types of powerhouse and switchyard electrical equipment. Make periodic inspections of equipment. Disassemble and examine parts for serviceability. Reassemble and make proper adjustments to equipment. Test various equipment: voltmeters, ohmmeters, current meters, oscilloscopes, mega-ohmmeters, frequency counters, and control loop calibrators.
