  • Plan, design, and facilitate workshops on Power Platform topics (architecture options, governance, security, integration, best practices)

  • Guide stakeholders through structured discussions to elicit requirements, priorities, constraints, and business context

   • Translate workshop outcomes into clear documentation and structured recommendations

   • Collaborate with IT, business, and security teams to ensure workshop outcomes align with enterprise needs

   •  Act as a knowledgeable facilitator and subject matter partner in workshop sessions, enabling teams to converge on direction
