Power Platform Developer

What you’ll do: Take care service management for Wholesale Power Platform, work with other service management teammate in China and India.Reporting of critical outages to management and business partners until successful resolution and deals effectively with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature.Work with different Pods teams for production releases, handle incident/problem in Prod environment and user queries from different markets.Cooperate with existing site reliability engineering team/global support team to support all applications in Power platform.Work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.Mainly work for US market, due to different time zone (1-2 hour different), the candidate need to work with flexible working hours, may need to take shift to support US time zone.Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support and stability.Willing to be the first to try new technologies, and be able to quic...
