Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
Build and optimize Power Automate flows including approvals, integrations, and complex business logic.
Architect and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and ALM strategies.
Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including:
Case Management
SLAs & Entitlements
Queues & Routing
Knowledge Base
Omnichannel (preferred)
Develop business solutions integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs.
