Job Summary: Stefanini Group seeks a Power Platform Enablement Lead to champion enterprise‑wide adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, driving business value through training, enablement, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full adoption lifecycle for Power Platform across the organization.
• Develop and execute the platform adoption roadmap, focusing on LATAM and ANJK regions.
• Identify adoption barriers and design targeted interventions.
• Champion a self‑service and citizen‑developer culture, reducing IT dependency.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training curriculum for all user personas.
• Partner with the Function & Learning team to integrate enablement into enterprise learning pathways.
