Lead Power Platform adoption initiatives in LATAM and ANJK from Toronto. This hybrid role involves strategic execution, training development, and stakeholder engagement for successful platform uptake.
As the Power Platform Adoption and Enablement Lead, you will manage the entire adoption lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Function & Learning team to foster a citizen developer culture, crafting enablement programs and analyzing adoption metrics. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the platform capabilities and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the Power Platform adoption roadmap
• Design comprehensive training programs for all user levels
• Communicate adoption progress to senior leadership
• Define and manage the Adoption Scorecard metrics
• Launch and grow a Power Platform Community of Practice
