Responsibilities


+ Support the efficient operation, maintenance, housekeeping, and safety of the Mill Power, Recovery, and Recaust Areas.

+ Work within the operations team to improve health and safety performance, environmental compliance, production, quality metrics, and operating costs.

+ Collaborate with teams managing the woodyard and fiberline, utilizing tools like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

+ Collect, analyze, and use operational data to drive process improvements.

+ Evaluate new technological developments and best practices, recommending solutions and supporting capital projects.

+ Participate in committees, task forces, and team initiatives.
