Job Description
Become the District Retail Manager for Polaris in Manitoba, focusing on dealer partnerships and customer experience improvement. Drive retail success through strategic influence and support.
As a key representative, you will engage directly with powersports dealerships to enhance their retail performance while monitoring brand alignment and customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in operations across sales, merchandising, and consumer engagement. This position requires a balance of independence and collaborative effort to drive success in a broad geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen dealer relationships to influence performance
• Drive growth by enhancing shopping and ownership experiences
• Oversee showroom layouts and merchandising activities
• Provide dealer training on processes and product knowledge
• Communicate vital market insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
