PPA Origination & Transactions Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly commercial and market-facing professional to lead PPA origination, and commercial negotiations for renewable energy and BESS projects across Europe and LATAM, including Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Germany, Chile and Colombia.

This role will focus on originating and executing Corporate PPAs, utility PPAs, tolling agreements and other route-to-market arrangements, while supporting project financing, commercialization strategy and selected asset monetization processes.

The successful candidate is expected to work closely with local country teams, utilities, traders, corporates, investors and financial institutions to drive commercial outcomes and enhance project bankability and exit positioning.
