PPC Staff

Required Education:

• Graduate of any 4-5 year course (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Computer literate
• Has background on production planning

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knows the basic rules of responsible staff
• Knows how to prepare delivery documents
• Prepare daily deliver schedule to local customers/export and coordinate delivery schedule with production
• Receiving of PO and FORECAST from customer and confirm the delivery schedule
• Knowledgeable in planning the production schedule based on customer requirements
• Make and update the Production output in delivery schedule (daily basis)
• Checking of Production Plan from Planner for each customers and monitor the actual delivery on a daily basis
• Checking of material availability if enough until the end of production plan
• Knows how to prepare new project information sheet
