Required Education:

1. Graduate of any 4-5 year course (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
2. Computer literate
3. Has background on production planning

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Knows the basic rules of responsible staff
2. Knows how to prepare delivery documents
3. Prepare daily deliver schedule to local customers/export and coordinate delivery schedule with production
4. Receiving of PO and FORECAST from customer and confirm the delivery schedule
5. Knowledgeable in planning the production schedule based on customer requirements
6. Make and update the Production output in delivery schedule (daily basis)
7. Checking of Production Plan from Planner for each customers and monitor the actual delivery on a daily basis
8. Checking of material availability if enough until the end of production plan
9. Knows how to prepare new project information sheet
