Job Description
- Production scheduling considering line balancing and capacity planning.
- Ensure material availability to support production requirements.
- Assess critical FG's / RM's and provide data to immediate superior
- Creates procurement plan based on the finished goods forecast by calculating production material requirement considering the safety stock level.
- Making sure there are adequate materials for the steady production and product delivery to customers.
- Ensure there's adequate material supply without over-ordering or wasting resources
- Observe trends and customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules. Keeping track of production volume and purchasing expectation to make sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.
- Submits needed report completely and on-time.
- Answers store queries or concern on orders and delivery
