PPIC Staff

Job Description:

This role is suitable for fresh graduates of Industrial Engineering who are detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production planning and scheduling based on demand forecasts and sales orders.
• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Help prepare PPIC reports (production plans, inventory status, material usage).
• Update and maintain data in ERP / Excel systems.
• Support material requirement planning (MRP) activities.
• Identify potential issues related to stock shortages or overstock and report to supervisor.
• Ensure documentation and processes follow company standards.
