PPP Development Associate Director will play a senior leadership role within Polestrom, leading advisory teams to structure, develop, and bring complex infrastructure and/or Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects to financial close. This role combines deep transaction expertise with strong people leadership, requiring the ability to guide client engagements while building a high-trust, high-performance internal culture.
Responsibilities
1) Client Project & Transaction Leadership
End-to-End PPP Advisory: Lead infrastructure project development from concept definition, feasibility, and structuring through procurement, negotiation, and financial close of infrastructure advisory engagements and/or PPP proposals, including the preparation or review of financial, economic models, reports, presentations, and other materials as necessitated by a project
