PQG Supervisor

Supervise and control activities related to inspection process PQG, supervising hourly employees in PQG areas assurance all process is following and completed, improving inspection system according to claims coming from SCA and Warranty to take care of the customers, coordinating activities with other areas to solves issues affecting quality indicators. Likewise, monitor indicators such as DVX, DRR, STATUS I, among others.

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing process of BIW, Paint and Assembly shops
• PFS system knowledge
• Hourly employee's management
• QA network and controls knowledge
• Best Practice knowledge, specific BP5- BP6, Robustness station analysis, SCA tracking sheet, Defect tracker, Red Rabbits, Emergency issues, station alert, and others
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, SPW system
