  Job Summary: 
 The PR and Communications Manager will be responsible for the success of the operations and activities related to the PR and Internal Communications for Lexmark Research and Development Corporation (LRDC). 
 The role will lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to support Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and Culture, and General PR and Communications. 
 To support the mission and scope, the PR and CM Communications Manager will lead a team of specialists in the field of PR, communications, employee branding, social media marketing, content creation, and internal communications. 
 
 
  Your typical day will include the following: 
  Leading and guiding the strategic PR and Employer Branding Initiatives. 
  Collaborating with the different executives, area leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and ensure the effective execution of key initiatives.
