We are looking for a hands-on PR Associate / PR Manager to support tactical public relations execution. This role is focused on writing, pitching, press release distribution, and media coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Press & Media Execution
Draft and issue press releases via newswire platforms (e.g., PR Newswire, Globe Newswire)
Build and send targeted pitches to media lists
Conduct podcast and newsletter pitching (using tools like PodPitch)
Book and schedule interviews for clients
Client Communication & Coordination
Provide regular client updates via email
