Our FYidoctors Cold Lake clinic is looking for a Practice Coach to fill an existing vacancy. This full‑time role is 40 hours per week and the clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and align with company strategy, goals, and values
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
• Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives
• Build and inspire motivated, high‑performing teams aligned with organizational goals
