Practice Education Lead

As a result of the current post holder retiring, there is a requirement for a dynamic individual to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team as a Practice Education Lead (PEL) working alongside another part-time PEL. The PELs works closely with the Head of Department, the Director of Allied Health Professions, NHS Education for Scotland and partner Further and Higher Education Institutions in a leadership role to provide effective managerial support, education and development in practice education. This role includes working with managers, clinical staff and practice educators to support AHP students across all practice learning environments within Fife.
