Practice Lead - Google Workspace Migrations and Enablement

We're looking for a Practice Lead – Google Workspace Migrations and Enablement to join our team in Switzerland in a hybrid working mode.

We are seeking a strategic and technical leader in Switzerland to establish and lead our Google Workspace Migration Practice across Western Europe. This role evolves from hands‑on expertise to practice leadership, focusing on building a specialized migration practice, defining service methodologies and enabling enterprise clients to successfully adopt Google Workspace at scale. You will create service offerings, shape strategy, and ensure world‑class delivery standards while leveraging your technical background and business acumen to drive client transformation.
