Accountable for building, maintaining, and evolving the culture and community of Analyst Practitioners. The role oversees a team of practitioners and is responsible for hiring and retaining the best talent; coaching on knowledge, skills, and performance; building and evolving the Practice's capabilities, and advising Practitioners on their work.

CUSTOMER

  • Execute on the Practice's strategy as it relates to introducing tools, methodologies, and processes across the Enterprise, and evolving the Practice's capabilities the organization of the Practice to better support the Journeys and/ or Platforms to which they are aligned
  • Identify and set targets, track/measure performance metrics and objectives (OKRs)
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiencies
