An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse tojoin our team at Dartmouth Medical Practice. This is a permanent position for 22‑30 hours per week. We are a friendly and forward‑thinking practice locatedin beautiful South Hams. We are excited to be recruiting for a PracticeNurse to support our dedicated, well‑establishedclinical team. Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension, cardiovascular disease)
Cervical cytology
Childhood and adult immunisations
Travel vaccinations (where appropriate)
Wound care and dressings
Health promotion and screening
Medication reviews and prescribing (for qualified Nurse Prescribers...
