Role Overview

The Practice Supervisor plays a key role in developing and maintaining the clinical, professional, and practical standards of Health and Social Care Assistants within Bluebird Care. This role focuses on supervision, support, quality assurance, and best practice delivery, while also providing operational and administrative support to the wider team.

The Practice Supervisor does not hold formal line management responsibility and will escalate all employee relations or performance issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager or nominated deputy.
