We’re looking for a Practitioner Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of development programs for our Dental Practitioners across a large, distributed national network. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves building practical learning programs, navigating complex healthcare environments, and turning strategy into real outcomes.

You’ll own our end-to-end practitioner development ecosystem – from CPD and mentoring to graduate programs, conferences and engagement initiatives – while leading a small team and partnering closely with clinical and executive leaders.
