Pre-Construction Engineer

The Preconstruction Engineer is under the Planning Team of the Planning & Construction Department, supporting preconstruction and project preparation activities. This role assists in all preconstruction works, including site evaluation, surveying, cost estimation, and coordination with internal teams and contractors, ensuring projects are accurately assessed, documented, and ready for acquisition or construction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Planning Manager in all preconstruction activities, including surveying, cost estimation, site assessments, and related preconstruction requirements, ensuring proper coordination and alignment with the Planning & Construction Department in a fast-paced work environment.
