Job Description
The Pre-Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for underground construction projects, including water, sewer, storm drainage systems, duct banks, and other utility installations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience estimating heavy civil or underground utility work, and possess a strong understanding of underground construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
