About the Role: Pre-Construction Manager, Auckland

This role plays a key part in tendering, client relationships, contract management, and supporting the ongoing expansion of the business. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to high-quality project delivery and be part of a team building for the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership on commercial strategies, sharing expertise in methodology and buildability
• Contribute to buildability and methodology within the Pre-Construction team
