The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team provides real estate transaction expertise, business partnering, space & occupancy planning, design and construction, capital investment program management and facility maintenance and operations for Amazon’s corporate office portfolio across multiple countries. We partner with suppliers to ensure quality, innovation and operational excellence with Amazon’s business and utilize customer driven feedback to continuously improve and exceed employee expectations.
The Design and Construction team under GREF is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to drive pre-construction services on projects, including new builds, retrofits, expansion, and program initiatives from site selection and program development through construction contract execution.
