This opportunity would suit an individual with a strong background in managing pre-construction activities within a main contractor environment, who is confident leading bids from initial enquiry through to contract award. 

The role will involve close collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal departments to develop commercially competitive and technically robust submissions across a varied portfolio of projects, including public sector schemes.
