Pre-Construction & Pursuits Coordinator

You As a Pre-Construction & Pursuit Coordinator Will

• Coordinate the procurement of heavy civil project pursuits through the RFQ and RFP process.
• Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, logistics and operations teams.
• Write technical narratives as well as project profiles and resumes.
• Manage all document control for new and ongoing projects.
• Complete technical reviews of the design to identify and resolve constructability concerns and conflicts.
• Regularly track, monitor and follow-up on documentation or issues.
• Review or draft RFIs and confirm accuracy prior to issuance to consultants, including the identification of optimal solutions.
• Organize and chair or minute meetings.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning for upcoming work.
